To apply this theme you must download and use Portable Apps Menu Mod R30
Extract the zip file to \PortableApps\PortableAppsMenu\App\DefaultData
The 'Shutdown' button is actually for eject button. Click it to close Portableapps.exe and eject your drive.
To change the user image, you must create a 48x48 bmp image and place on 'theme' folder (include with background image).
You are not allowed to modified and republish the resources file (especially the background image) without my permission
